EVE PCB STORY

Our PCB factory is located in Sosnowiec (50 km from polish southern border and 280 km from Warsaw). The PCB plant is operating already for 15 years, first as the state owned factory, next bought in January '93 by our "EVE sp. z o.o." company.

The plant is well armed with proffesional technological equipment:

• precise guillotine for sheet cut-off

• two CNC drills "EXCELLON 300" and "EXCELLON 200"

• two optical drills "EXCELLON"

• one CNC router / drill “LENZ”

• one "SCHMIDT" and one "WESSERO" brushers

• one "TRANEX" developper

• four "ASEA" etching lines, two alcaline, two acid

• two automatic galvanic lines

• "DUPONT" dry film laminator, photo copier, retousching tables,

• "ELCTROVERT" hot air leveling stand

• one roll tinner (polish) and REFLOW conveyer owen

• three semiautomatic screen printers SVECIA

• UV conveyor oven

• "HAMBA" circulating diamond saw

• Stand for V-GROOVE scoring

• the full set of equipment needed to make production documentation

  • CNC drilling and routing files

• the complete workshop for tooling and PCB stamping:

  • two balancing presses with full set of universal and specialized cutting tools

  • two uniwersal and one CNC routers

  • grinding, shaping, turning, heating and many other equipment allowing full maintenance.

All mentioned above, together with our well skilled technicians, allow us to offer the nearly full set of the services related to the PCB technology.

So, we can perform for you the following services:

1. the PCB layout desing based on the given electronic schematics,

2. generation of the digitalized PCB data (typically on diskette) based on PCB layout

3. preparation of the full production documentation i.e. films, tapes, plots,

4. making the necessary tools (dies) in metal, to cut the shaped PCB according to your needs

5. and last but not least we can make the PCB according to the following specification:

Single side PCBs types :
Classic single side PCBs. ( minimum track width = 200 microns )
Sophisticated single side PCBs. ( track width under 200 microns )
Single side PCBs with conductive carbon jumpers on the same side

Finishing : solder mask, pealable mask, SnPb HASL, NiAu
Cutting : V Scoring, routing, punching.
Raw material : FR1, FR2, CEM1, CEM3, FR4

Double sided PCBs types :
Standard double sided PCBs with copper plated through holes ( min. track width 150 µm)

Cutting : V Scoring, routing, punching.

Flexible PCBs types :
Single side ( Panel to panel ). Polyimide and polyester.

Special PCBs types :

Long PCBs.
Thick copper PCBs . ( single side and double side)

We make the PCBs according to the following characteristics:

Quality Check: we perform 100% visual inspection at each the production stage. For sophisticated orders and up to customers' requirementns, PCBs are electrically tested by probe (for the prototypes) or needle testers (for quantities).

Staff & Management: the average experience of our personell is 20 years with PCBs. This creates the unique team of well familirized and excellent skilled proffesionals working effectively and managed by the PCB Plant manager Mr. Tomasz Swiatkowski.

The standard delivery is 2 weeks for the orders with the PCB production documentation provided by the customer. There are few days more, neccesary for documentation preparation. exact time depending of scope of work and PCB type. We accept also the express orders with delivery time of aprox. 48 hours (working days).
